Former Penygraig Junior School

 This is a new build site on the grounds of the former Penygraig Junior School which is on a steep sloping site. Careful design and consideration were needed for the retaining walls and large SABS input to this site. Logistics have been challenging with narrow busy roads of terraced housing surrounding the site. As usual we worked with the customers clerk of works and local building inspectors to ensure all aspects of the scheme was built to the design and specification. The scheme is currently on target with the programme with all houses built and closed with the final elements underway.
