Description of Scheme:

This project involved the regeneration of a commercial building into eight direct access affordable flats. The development included a communal rear garden and patio area.

Conversion of commercial premises to affordable flats, including the installation of new trusses, roof, windows, fire-rated doors, mechanical and electrical systems, and communal spaces.

Welcome to CARTREFI LIMITED Construction Management!

Pre-construction work involved resolving outstanding planning and ecological conditions, as well as conducting structural surveys and asbestos removal. We ensured all works were completed to programme, with weekly meetings between our site manager and Cynon Taf’s clerk of works. The project was delivered on time, despite the fact it was during the Covid 19 Pandemic with all relevant certificates for sound tests, Building Control, Gas, Electrical, Smoke, and Secure by Design sign-offs.
